All accounts are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase you will receive your account details via the method specified at checkout. Delivery is typically instant or within a few minutes. If you have not received your order within 30 minutes, please contact our support team on Discord.Warranty Claims
If your account stops working within the warranty period, open a support ticket in our Discord server with your order details. Our team will investigate and either replace the account or issue a reimbursement depending on the circumstances. Warranty claims made without valid order proof will not be processed.Supported Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment methods to make purchasing easy for everyone. Accepted methods include cryptocurrency, card payments via supported processors, and other options listed at checkout. Payment fees, if any, are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.Prohibited Use
Accounts purchased from AltsGreat must not be used for cheating, hacking, ban evasion beyond normal gameplay, or any activity that violates the terms of service of any third-party platform. AltsGreat takes no responsibility for bans resulting from prohibited use of purchased accounts, and warranties will be void in such cases.Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a purchase or service, please contact us through Discord first so we can resolve the issue directly. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first attempting resolution through our support is considered a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in a permanent ban from all AltsGreat services.Reselling
Reselling accounts purchased from AltsGreat without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Any accounts found to be resold by unauthorized parties will have their warranties voided. If you are interested in becoming an authorized reseller, contact us on Discord.
